Nation’s Pride School & College has established the following fee refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in all financial matters. Parents and guardians are requested to read this policy carefully before completing the admission or fee payment process. General Policy •Fees once paid are non-refundable and will not be carried forward to any subsequent academic session. •The fee structure is fixed for each academic year and is applicable to all students without exception. No deviations, adjustments, concessions, or special considerations outside the published structure will be entertained. •Requests for delayed payment or non-payment of fees will not be considered under any circumstances. Duplicate Payment In the event that a duplicate payment is made inadvertently for the same application or fee category, the school will review the case and process a refund of the excess amount, subject to verification. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the school office within 15 days of the transaction date, accompanied by relevant payment proof. Admission Declined or Not Processed If an application for admission is not processed or is formally declined by the institution, the admission fee paid will be refunded to the applicant within 30 working days of the decision, subject to the deduction of any applicable administrative charges. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Nation’s Pride School & College, Asrawe Kalan, Prayagraj (“the Institution”) and the student and/or their parent or legal guardian (“the Student”). By enrolling a child in the Institution, the Student agrees to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. Amendments The Institution reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on the official website at www.npsa.in and communicated to affected students and parents through appropriate channels. Students and parents are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Compliance with Rules & Regulations All students are required to abide by the rules, regulations, codes of conduct, and academic policies of the Institution as communicated from time to time through the school diary, notice board, official website, and direct communications from school management. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action. Any indiscipline case will not be accepted. If any student found Faultring on discipline then admission can be suspended. Discretion lies with Principal and management of the school solely. Attendance Regular attendance is mandatory. Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance percentage as prescribed by the relevant board and institutional policy. Parents are requested to inform the school promptly in case of a student’s absence. Conduct Students are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, respect, and integrity at all times — within the school premises, during school events, and while representing the school in any capacity. Bullying, harassment, vandalism, or any form of misconduct will be dealt with in accordance with the school’s disciplinary policy. Termination of Enrolment The Institution reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of any student who repeatedly fails to comply with the institution’s Terms and Conditions, whose behaviour is deemed detrimental to the school community, or whose fees remain unpaid beyond a specified period, subject to due process. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions, together with any other policies and rules published by the Institution, constitute the entire agreement between the Student and Nation’s Pride School & College with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
